• Collect and record student fees accurately
• Call students or parents for fee recovery
• Ensure students are not promoted to the next semester without proper approvals.
• Maintain petty cash and ensure it is accounted
• Track petty cash usage
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Provide necessary data and explanations for audits.
• Implement corrective actions based on audit findings
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Address any related tasks assigned by the Director or Principal.

• Organize and participate in institute events and activities.
• Conduct regular meetings with teachers and staff to address concerns and plan improvements.
Plan and deliver engaging lectures in the relevant subject.
Develop and update course materials, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct research and contribute to academic publications.
Guide students in their academic projects and career development.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and faculty development programs.
