• Shape and enhance academic programs to maintain excellence
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation as per KMU rules
• Ensure faculty meets HERA requirements
• Mentor and support faculty development
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve institute goals
• Cultivate relationships with organizations like HERA, KMU, PNC, and Pharmacy Council
• Collaborate with administration on budget management and resource allocation
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified faculty and staff in collaboration with HR
• Organize training workshops and faculty development programs
• Ensure timely faculty availability and participation in meetings/training
• Oversee smooth daily operations of the institute
• Ensure that notifications are posted on the notice board
• Maintain up-to-date records for students and faculty
• Ensure punctuality of faculty for classes
• Address students' issues and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support extracurricular activities and student organizations
• Collaborate with parents on fee and other concerns
• Oversee day-to-day finances in collaboration with the Accountant.
• Ensure efficient allocation of funds for operations.
• Establish and manage committees like Discipline and Examination.
• Collaborate with the Academic Coordinator for effective curriculum execution.
• Organize and participate in institute events and activities.
• Conduct regular meetings with teachers and staff to address concerns and plan improvements.
